No service outside Nederland


No service outside Nederland. Have payment aggreament which last payment still in works. Please activate service ASAP because I outside Nederland for few days and cannot use service.

If you pay the full amount of the outstanding invoice via Ideal in the odido app the roaming will automatically be restored.

When you have a payment plan for an invoice, part of the aggrement is that premium numbers and roaming are barred.

I know, last payment will be done in coming days as incasso. But also I know that its possible to remove block that customer will allow to use service. Please active it. Will be greatfull.

As for now dont have ideal link for payment last payment. And connect service also not possible via chat.  No conmection and etc.

If this situation will not be solved, will swich to other provider as soon as possible my contract ends. 
 

Dont even possible to connect to service.

I agree, its correct, but its so hard to contact odido service as they busy/not available or so. I really hope that people from odido can help with this question ASAP.

Are you connected to a network now, and is everything okay? You can (manually) connect to one of these networks: 3 United Kingdom, EE Limited, JT, Manx Telecom, Sure Guernsey or Virgin Media O2.
