Hey,  I travelled to Germany and Turkey but I had so signal in both of these countries. I tried to choose the provider myself but it doesn’t work. Can someone please help me?

Can you try the settings mentioned on the page?

On this page you can see with which operator you can connect in those countries.

Also do you have no open invoices? When you are a new customer then you will have a barring on use outside NL, after 2 months the barring will be removed.


 I am a customer for more than 4 months. I have made payment arrengement with one invoice because I had unexpectedly high invoice due to my calls. I have tried but none of them works. I also checked with  online chat and it stated that I have no barring at all.

If you have a betalingsregeling then you will have a barring on use outside NL, calling to service numbers and use of paid sms services until everything is paid. Also see this page.
