No network

I am abroad and I cannot receive and make calls, messages, I cannot have internet nothing. I cannot reach any person except Izzi chat but it is not helpful also. Please, check what is wrong I am helpless since two days.

Hi Anaa, according to your Mijn Odido you're in Poland. Is that correct? I don't see a payment plan or barring on international roaming. Please try the following:

  1. Turn Automatic Network selection off. And see if you can manually connect to one of these networks: Oranje Poland, Plus, PLAY or T-Mobile Poland
  2. If this doesn't work, you can reset your network settings, and try step 1 again

I hope this solves it. If not, please fill in your profile with the correct zip code, house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN, and we can look into it for you! 😄

Normal reasons for no roaming are a payment plan for a high invoice or a brand new customer without having paid 2 invoices.
