On the second day in my trip in Spain, Odido just decided to not work. i have zero connection level to any local provider. Could you check what is happening?

I do see that you have an open bill with your subscription, which probably caused the blockade for Roaming. It is the invoice of November 2024. The invoice number ends with ***8029 and it concerns an amount of € 36.00. This should have been paid before 18-11-2024. I advise you to pay this invoice as soon as possible, otherwise the blockade will be automatically reinstated. This can be done via the iDeal button in your My Odido account or you can transfer the amount manually to our bank account number: NL03 COBA 0733 959 717 in the name of Odido. Always mention your customer number in the description (you can find this on your invoice), so we can link the payment to your account and process it. It will then take approximately 3 business days for the amount to be processed in your account.
