Hello,

I purchased a mobile subscription and asked for number transfer.

Today was the day of the transfer (got a text yesterday from Odido confirming). Today I swapped the new sim card but there is no connection. My previous sim card (from other provider) doesn’t work already.

 

Tried to create an account online, but can’t since when I try to add my subscription, I should get a text with a confirmation number, which I don’t get since no sim card is working.

 

What can I do?

Maybe your simcard is not active yet, you can check this in your Odido account and activate if required.

You can also visit an Odido store so they can help you.
