No cellular coverage in 1093 area

In these 2 months, the cellular coverage became extremely poor around postcode 1093 area. I can’t receive message either at home nor in the store. Please solve ASAP. I guess ODIDO might remove the basestation here. Ironically there is also no coverage in the ODIDO store here.

Hi Lance, welcome to our community. You should have a good mobile connection, always. And I’m happy to look into it for you. Please check our Dekkingskaart to see if there’s a known issue or planned activities on your location. 1093 is not enough for me to know which zip code you mean, in which city. Please also add your full name, 06-number, date of birth, zip code, house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN to your profile. Then, I can look into it and see if I can find the reason of your connection not being optimal. This could be because of an older sim card, planned activities or known issues.

Good morning Lance, thank you for completing your profile. I’ve checked our coverage, and I don’t see why you shouldn’t have a stable connection on your home location. Could you please try to reset your network settings via the settings on your phone?

If this doesn’t work, we can get you a new eSIM and see if this fixes the issue. I’ve send a verification code per sms. Can you give me the code? Then I can order you a new sim card. Or if you would like, you can order one yourself in the Mijn Odido app.

I’ve reset the network setting but it’s not working. The verification code is 199587.

Good morning Lance, thank you for your screenshot and the verification code. I ordered the new eSIM for you. You will receive an e-mail within a few minute with the instructions to download and install it. Please note that you can only install this eSIM profile once. So, please be careful installing it correctly. After installing it you will still need to activate it. There are 3 ways to do this:

  • In Mijn Odido (via iDIN-verification).
  • In 1 of our Odido Shops
  • Via Customer Service on 0800-0092 with an SMS-verification

Please let me know if you were able to activate it yourself via Mijn Odido. Otherwise you will have to call my colleagues (I can’t activate it for you, otherwise I would’ve gladly done it myself) or visit 1 of our Shops near you
