Make sure both mobile data and roaming are enabled.
Have you tried to manually select another networkprovider?
If you didn't activate a blokkade yourself in your Odido account than you could have a blokkade because of an open invoice or betalingsregeling?

I looked into your account right away and I indeed see a barring on international roaming. I see that this is a business subscription, so please fill in the following information from your business/telekom manager in your profile: zip code, house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of the IBAN. Only then can I remove these barrings. If you don't have the correct information, please contact my colleagues from business customer service. In that case they can help you.
