Good afternoon, I've a problem with my network connection. I'm in Germany right now and I don't have any data and signal. I really need to solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you so much.

Gianmarco.

Hello @Gianmarco Russo

Have you tried restarting your phone or manually choosing another provider?

^^^ see here which provider works in Germany.

You can also have a barring for use outside NL if you have an open invoice or s betalingsregeling.

Testing your simcard in another phone can also be tried.

Hi @Waqqas , I do have an open invoice but I optioned it paying in more months. What's the best thing to do then?

Hello @Gianmarco Russo, welcome to our Community! Very understandable that you want to use your internet abroad. Let's look for a solution together! When I search for your email address, I come across the number ending in ***5276. I also see that you have a payment plan with us. With a payment plan you always get a block for Roaming on your subscription, so extra costs can be prevented. That's why it's not working.  We are not the most difficult ones and have just removed the block for you. Restart your device, then it should work!

Will you let me know if it all worked out? I'd love to hear from you!

Good afternoon @Pharwin van Odido, thank you for your help. I just restarted my phone but still nothing, it says "emergency calls only".

Kind regards,

Gianmarco.

Please, go to settings/mobile networks and "search for mobile networks". Than select f.e. T-mobile.

@eric hi, I've only Telekom, vodafone and o2 as options and I can't connect to any of them. I'm in Bremen, if it can help

Well, if you can not manually connect to.any of them, the roaming blocking, due to the conditions of your payment plan, is still active.

You can wait for the moderator to check, or you can directly pay the outstanding invoice and than the system will install roaming again.

@eric, @Pharwin van Odido told me the block was removed. There's a way to contact someone or to check it? Tomorrow I should come back in the Netherlands and I need my roaming for traveling back.

Kind regards,

Gianmarco.

@Gianmarco Russo I see that something had gone wrong with your account. I had removed the blockage, but it was reinstated because the processing of your payment plan was still in progress. You were still in arrears at the time of removal and your payment plan had just been requested but not yet processed. That's why the blockade was still there, but I have just removed it for you and I see that your payment plan has also been taken care of.

If you restart your device now, it should work now!
