International roaming issue

Hello,

I have a Odido subscription but I am in Japan. I want to receive texts that are being sent to my dutch number in Japan, but I cannot seem to do it. Can the international blockage be lifted?

Is roaming turned on?

Have you tried to manually select another networkprovider?

Do you have a betalingsregeling perhaps?
