I have 2 numbers and as e-SIM on my phone but when I activate them I get no service. I have an urgent action (activating SIM) that I need to do in Odido website but cannot login because of this issue because I cannot receive and SMS. Since there is no Odido shop I cannot go there either. I want to solve this issue or access to my Odido account with a different method.

The eSIM seems active in our system. What exactly do you mean by activating your sim? Did you leave the Netherlands without an active sim card or eSIM?
I also see that it has connected to a network in Turkey. However, you don’t have a bundle for Turkey. Is it possible for you to log in to Mijn Odido via iDIN verification? You should also be able to buy a bundle for Turkey on this page: GB's aanvullen | Odido. Can you also test this for me. You should be able to send an sms with PRIJS to 5545.
