I purchased esim card last Friday but could not activate it on my new phone and then I reset the device. But I was unable to purchase esim card again on odido. I went to odido store today and the staff said there is something wrong with your system and can't help me.

We were experiencing technical issues with the activation of the eSim. This issue seems to be solved so can you please try again. You can use the app or different browsers with the webversion. Please let us know if it works!
