Help! My account seems blocked, can’t use any service.

Hi team Odido,

I need your help. Since 3 days I can’t use any of my Unlimited Plus services, neither mobile internet nor call. It seams my account is blocked.

Hay jo kan tray soft reset,just got to tap with your fingers under hoog and laag push in,under aan,end the same time aan en of same together pushen ,til you si it's dork ,you se allow uit en aan piktier ,if it's black you kan wate, your gsm still starts up ,good luck, sorry for my English
