Blocked signal abroad on eSIM. No unpaid bills

I have no signal on any Odido numbers I have in Portugal anymore as of today. It all worked fine until one of my phones was broken and I tried to reinstall eSIM which is a logical step. But once I have tried to install a newly sent eSIM by Odido app on another phone I received a generic error. This did not work for all three processes - clicking link on Odido email directly, scanning QR code with phones camera. The only way it worked in the past was without Odido app involvement requests to reinstall eSIM to transfer eSIM from an old phone to a new phone which is illogical when your phone is broken and cannot do this.

After eSIM installation on another device did not work I posted on the forums because I could not get any intelligence out of Odidos dumb bot Izzy. It has zero intelligence to answer queries or accept any screenshots of errors. I could not call call center because I had no signal.

Couple of hours pasted and I got no any answer from Odido employee on Odido forum and no network on any of my three simcards. But I have received a mystery email saying my simcard for activated! Where? I have no network anywhere! I have attempted to request eSIM again on Odido app but that feature is blocked for me. I only requested an eSIM once in the past few months.

I have no unpaid bills which are taken by debit order by Odido.

It appears my account is blocked from roaming and reinstalling eSIM! There is no alternative explanation to all three simcards lacking network and blockage on attempt to reinstall eSIM!

For what reason is your customer treated this way? I’ve never received any information from

Odido! I feel treated like a garbage! Your service (or its absence) is making me super sick!!!!🤢

hi @afrovera ,

this is a customer helps customer forum. We help each other out wiht information from the website or experiences. There are also some moderators, but they look at the new topics and if needed first need to identify the forummember which takes time and is very imporant for security reasons. A moderator did respond to you in the other topic you opened. There he asked you for identification before he can access your customer details.

Changing sims needs a very secure operation. There are 2 processes,  one via the Odido app and once installed Idin verification to activate or one going to an an Odido shop with your I.D.

Is there any reason why an Odido employee does not answer here?

@eric I have been a customer of Odido for 6 years, do you think I have not verified my identity?

Hi @afrovera, it is not the intention to create multiple topics about the same issue. As mentioned earlier, this is a customer-to-customer community. We are doing our best to help you with this as quickly as possible. I am closing this topic, and let’s continue the conversation in the other topic so we can resolve this together.
