Dear Odido,
After multiple attempts to make Apple Watch connect to mobile network with a family member setup and being on the phone with at least 4 of your employees and an employee in odido shop it seems customer support is non existent. I know how to navigate odido app and can google. Your tech support can not do more. They are all very effective in sending customer somewhere else.
It would be fair for ODIDO to at least openly say somewhere on the page that setting up a cellular Apple Watch with a family member setup without a member having an iPhone is NOT possible!
