So I am in Germany for the christmas holidays and thought I could use my odido roaming nicely for aome internet but so far it hasnt worked. I tried chEcking itlf there is a block with the odido app under "blocks" but it is all off. I tried installing a new esim just in case but that didnt help. Restarting the phone and resetting network settings to default didnt help either. Selecting the network in Germany manually also doesnt work asthey all refuse the connection.

So my next thought was to call odido customer service but I cant do that either cause the esim wont connect to any network.

Hello @BigBrainAFK welcome to our community! How nice that you're in Germany for the holidays, and I completely understand that you want to be able to use your internet there too. I'm happy to help!

It's good that you've already tried a few things, as that allows me to rule out a few possibilities. I immediately checked your subscription and saw that roaming was blocked, which is why it wasn't working. I can't immediately determine why this block was set up, but don't worry, I've removed it for you.

Can you restart your device? Then you should be able to use the internet in Germany again. If necessary, try resetting the network settings again and then manually connecting to a network from another provider. That should do the trick.

Let us know if it worked! We'd love to hear from you!

Thanks for the reply. This should come in handy the next time I will be outside the Netherlands then as im currently already near the border again going back to the Netherlands.

It works now and connects fine to german providers and.also shows its roaming for the bit thats left germany.

Thank you very much none the less for the help. I hope you had a nice christmas and i hope you celebrate new years eve a lot as well.

Hello @BigBrainAFK

Roaming and mobile data are turned on?

Do you have a betalingsregeling or an open invoice which could cause a barring on roaming?

Fill in all the privé fields in your community profile so a moderator can check this for you.

A yes I forgot to mention these in the initial post: all invoices are paid and roaming/mobile data is enabled.

Also thanks for mentioning how to submit private info to moderators.
