3G reception 20th floor

Question

I switched to Odido because Vodafone had reception issues on high buildings.

however I realized ODIDO is even worse. I work at the 20th floor in a building and I have 3G reception from ODIDO that is not functioning at all.

Unbelievably terrible service

cancelling my subscription as soon as possible.

hi ​@CalmmIt is a typical public mobile issue that in high buildings the radio network does not have a strong signal. The antennes are usually on buildings or towers between 20-30 meters and are downtilted to earth. Reflections via earth make the signal go to higher locations as well, but there no direct antenna pointing to a 20 floor. (20 x 3 = 60 meter) high building.The way to overcome this is that in offices, an indoor system is purchased by the building owner. That gives a mobile signal on each floor. For residentials, you can achieve the same with using Vowifi.
