I bought my Samsung S25 via Odido on the 15th October (so am within the new promotion date range). When I apply to get my Galaxy watch I am told that this EAN is not applicable to the offer ongoing. How can this be? its not very clear when you are buying the phone that the EAN you get is not included. In addition my phone is 256mb S25 - which seems to be within the options.

Hello @ellenorb Thank you for filling in your profile details! I immediately looked at your order and I can see that everything is fine on our end and that your device is eligible for the promotional terms and conditions.

I suspect that something went wrong with the delivery of the information. Good to know:

  • Did you take a clear photo of your proof of purchase and include it with your promotion request? Valid proof includes:

    • the order confirmation email (the order confirmation is different from the summary)

    • the PDF with the contract

  • Did you take a clear photo of your EAN- and IMEI-number? This can be found on the box your device came in.

If it is not clearly visible or if the photo or proof of purchase is not good enough, Samsung will reject your application. Try submitting the application again with a clear photo of the EAN and your proof of purchase. Then it should be fine!

Let us know if it worked. We'd love to hear from you!

Hi Ellenorb, welcome to our community, and good choice on the Samsung Galaxy S25! I completely understand that you would like to register for the Galaxy Watch7. No worries, if you purchased this phone during the promotion period, you will get it. I'm happy to help with this. Please add your full name, 06-number, date of birth, zip code, house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN to your profile. Do you also have your order number for me? Let's check a few things:

  • Did you use the correct Samsung promotion? It's this one: Samsung Promoties
  • Which documents did you upload? Pictures and/or screenshots of the EAN and other numbers must be clear to read
  • Please check if you sent the order confirmation or the summary. The order confirmation should be good, because your personal information is on this. So not the summary.
  • Do you have a screenshot of Samsung's message about the EAN for me?

I look forward to your reply!

This was the message I received: “

When I checked the details I could see that my EAN (SM or model number was not on the list provided but no explanation as to why)
