I am abroad, and my phone was stolen. I can't access my account because I can't receive the verification code. I also can't call support for the same reason.

What can I do to block my SIM card and order a new one?

When I search on your email address, I come across the number ending in ***9676. Is that the correct number? I can block the SIM card for you immediately and order a new one for you free of charge. However, the SIM card will be sent to your known address within 3 business days. You only need to arrange that someone sends the SIM card from here to you abroad. Unless you come back at short notice, then it is no longer necessary.
