Hi! I have my sim card and I wanna use it for mobile data but I do not have the sim card packaging and also the account this sim uses. It's my dads sim card but I found it on the floor and now I wanna use it, but I cannot because I dont know the password of it. But, I have the ICCID from the back of the sim and its phone number because it was my dads old sim card.

If it is your dad's, it is not yours... a puk code will not be given as this could harm the owner when a stolen/abused simcard is coming to life again without it's consent.
So, your father can login into his My-odido account and when he does not have the credentials anymore, he can go to an Odido shop and with his ID can get the puk code or a new simcard.
Sims are a security matter, that is why this is so strict.

Does your dad have an active subscription or is it a prepaid simcard?
If your dad has an active subscription, is this lost? simcard allready replaced or not? If it's replaced than you cannot use it anymore.
I believe it is a subscription, but i am not 100% sure because it's my father's sim card. I have put the ICCID and the phone number and also my dads name in my private profile so you can check which one it is.

He literally allows me to use it, and I wanna use it for mobile data (as I metioned), not causing harm or theft.

When he allows you to use it, than he need to give you the pin/puk from his account. If he can not, than he is the only one which can retrieve that via the methods I described.
