Hi T mobile moderator,

I have been trying to call your customer service but unsuccessfully because I don't speak Dutch, so I post my question here and hope that you can help me. I would like to cancel my Tablet Go subscription that I took on the 6th of August 2023 (today is 19th of August, so I am still in the cooling off period).

I also would like to request a reimbursement of 42.5 eurs that T mobile charged me for the first invoice, because from what I understand (when the Tmobile seller explained it to me) I don't have to pay anything if I cancel during the cooling off period.

When you ordered the product online or via the phone,  you can indeed cancel it. 

The credit invoice will be created as soon as t-mobile get's back the hardware in a 'non-used' state. If the equipement is damaged, the repair costs will be charged. In the meantime , you do have to pay the first invoice as long as the credit invoice is not made.

I have filed a cancellation request for you. You need to send back the tablet in order for us to complete the cancellation. You can find the information on returning the tablet on this page.  I have also send you a confirmation e-mail. Hope you are satisfied with my help.
