Hi , i changed new to odido , iam trying to link my subscribtion to the application it ahould send me a verfication message but I dont recieve it yet 

 . 

Any advice or help?

Hi ​@Nadaaaawad, thank you for starting this topic. Welcome! 😁Just to be sure, do you mean the 2FA sms or e-mail doesn't work? Or are you trying to link your second subscription with us to your first? If this is the case, what error are you receiving? Could you give me some more information about what you experience exactly? Please keep in mind that to link both subscriptions in Mijn Odido, all the details on your subscriptions much match. 

Also please share your zip code, house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bankaccount in your Community profile, so I can take a look!
