I cant add my existing subscription to my odido account

When I try to connect the subscription to my odido account it says that the birth date is wrong.What can I do?

Hi ​@Hammer69, I am here to help! Please keep in mind that all details within the subscriptions you would like to link in Mijn Odido, must have all the matching details. That concerns your e-mail, your name, zip code, house number, date of birth and your bankaccountnumber. If this doesn't match, the link is not possible. You can chose to make a change withing this details, so it matches. If you don't, you can make a separate account with a different e-mailaddress.

Do you want to make a change? Please let me know which subscriptions you would like to link together in Mijn Odido. In your Community profile is an empty bar called '’Info voor moderator'’. Can you place here the 06 subscription(s) you would like to link with your Fixed subscription? I can then check which details don't match!

    Hello I would like to make an email change because I dont have acces to the old one anymore, I have an Internet subscription and the problem is the birthdate, it says that my birthdate dosent match the Odido data.

    Hi ​@Hammer69, I would love to help you to change the email address so that you are able to receive all the correct information! Can you please add the new email address to your profile under “Info voor moderator”? That way I can make the change for you! I have also double checked the date of birth for you, but it is exactly the same as your date of birth on your profile. I would love to change the email address for you first of all, to see if this will make sure that you can add your subscription to your account. Will you let me know as soon as the email address is changed in your profile?

    The email used in the subscription is not the same as the one Im using this odido comunity account.

    The new email for the subscription is alexciocan16@gmail.com
