I cannot link my internet subscription to the Odido account

I am a new client and I created a new account. When I try to link my internet subscription to the account, the website won't let me on the basis that the date of birth does not coincide with the address provided. Both the address and the date of birth match with what is written on the contract.

And please add your full name, 06-number, date of birth, zip code, house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN to your profile. No worries, they’re only visible for moderators. Please let me know when you’ve done this, and I’m happy to help you add your subscription to Mijn Odido! 😊

Hey ​@green_tee, thank you for providing the necessary details. All of the information you provided matches the subscription. At which stage of the process do you receive the error message? Your date of birth is correct. Do you enter the additional part of your house number or not? This could also be a factor. Are you trying to link it to another subscription? If so, please enter that information under: Info for Moderator? I will then check that as well, as the information must match exactly. I look forward to hearing back from you!

Hey ​@Tommie van Odido, this error pops up after I entered all the requested details. To answer your question directly, yes, I do fill in the postcode, house number and addition separately. I am trying to link the account I created with my Internet subscription. I noticed that there is not an option for just an Internet subscription, the closest option is Internet+TV.

Hey ​@green_tee, thank you so much for your feedback. I just tried to link the subscription myself, but I encountered exactly the same problem even though all the details are correct. I've passed this on to our lovely specialists. They have a processing time of 14 working days. They'll be able to help you out in no time and sort everything out for you!

Hey ​@green_tee, I immediately looked into your case and saw that the ticket had been closed because no account had been created. This is, of course, an error on the part of the specialist in question. I have re-submitted the ticket and sent a personal message to the person concerned so that it will be dealt with urgently. My apologies for the inconvenience!

I have a reply for you right away ​@green_tee. Are you trying to link your existing account to the mobile number ending in 211? If so, the link is not possible because it is registered under a different name. You will therefore need to create a new account for your Internet + TV subscription or transfer your mobile subscription contract. The easiest way is to create a second account, which will allow you to switch between both accounts in the app. To link a subscription to an account, all details must be identical, including first and last name, initials, date of birth and address. This is not currently the case.

The whole point of this is that I wish to get the benefits from having 2 Odido contracts in the same adress. At least that is advertised when we apply for them. Please let me know how to proceed.

Hey ​@green_tee, to benefit from klantvoordeel, you only need to have two subscriptions at your address. You do not need to link them in Mijn Odido, as klantvoordeel is already active. You can see this when you link your Internet + TV subscription to a new account. You are already enjoying klantvoordeel on both subscriptions from the start. You can also see klantvoordeel listed on your mobile number in Mijn Odido. You will also see this when you create a new account and link your Internet + TV subscription.
