Hello,

I am trying to add my subscription to my Odido and getting this error:

On my account overview, I see this message:

If I click on “Ja, graag”, I get this error message:

I emailed the customer support and they told me to call them, when I called the customer support, they said I need to go to an Odido shop because this issue is not solvable.

Customer support deleted my account two times and told me to wait first 1 hour, then 1 day. But it never works and I get the same error also on the new account.

I see that this issue is solved by moderators on the other topics, can you please help me with this issue?

Hi @anilkusaksiz, welcome to our community!

Thank you for clarifying this, it helps me investigate the issue. Thank you also for providing your details, which allowed me to immediately access your subscriptions. I see that your first name is listed on your Internet + TV subscription but not on your mobile subscription. I have now adjusted this for you. Could you please check whether you can now manually link your subscription via a web browser (not the app)? Then click on Link subscription instead of Yes, please at: New subscriptions are available for you. Please let me know whether it worked or not, otherwise we will have to pass it on to the specialists!

Hey Tommie,

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, I’m getting the same errors again. Btw, I see 3 subscriptions on my account, it should be 2 instead. My phone number + internet connection. Third one probably belongs to my partner, which I shouldn’t see. Would it work if you remove the third one?

Thank you for testing this @anilkusaksiz. I have immediately created a ticket for the specialists, who will look into this and resolve it. They have a processing time of 14 working days, but fortunately they often resolve issues more quickly. They will contact you as soon as they have resolved it!
