Dear Odido Team,
My name is Mahendraker Gaurav, and I recently requested to port my old number,06****0612, to Odido. Since then, my old sim has become inactive, and I am unable to receive OTPs, text messages, or calls on any number. Because of this, I cannot complete the two-factor authentication required to access my Odido account. Additionally, my eSIM is inactive.
Could you please assist me by:
    •    Confirming the status of my number porting,
    •    Activating my eSIM and linking my number correctly,
    •    Resetting or disabling 2FA so I can regain account access.
This is urgent as I need access for important services.
You can contact me at XXX or via phone at 06****0612 if you need further information.

If you need more information let me know this is very urgent
Kind regards,
Mahendraker Gaurav

When you request a porting, you should have had a sms with the final porting date. That is normally one month ahead when you port from a subscription to another provider.

Oh, yeah, so you need a new esim without access to the Odido portal,  that is difficult. For security reasons it is not easy to get that done. The easiest way is to go to one of the 120 Odido shops in the Netherlands with your passport. Than they can initiate a new esim and active that.

So, will they be able to solve this issue of not being able to log in because of inactive sim too? Or customer care is a better option?

Hi Mahendraker, welcome to Odido, so nice to see that you choice us! My colleagues in the Shop can always help you with a new sim card or eSIM. Because of the strict rules regarding new sims, the Shop is a good place to be. On this page you can find all Shops near you. Please also add your full name, 06-number, date of birth, zip code + house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN to your profile. I'm happy to look into it for you and see what I can do! 😊
