Hi, the phone number in my account was deactivated. I can't receive an SMS to login. How can I change my phone number and login to download the invoice files?

Can't you indicate on the login screen that sms doesn't work? It should give you another option. If you say you don't have access to your phone you get the option to login via iDIN (banking). After logging in you can set another 2FA option.
You could also add an Authentication app as 2FA device instead of SMS. That way the login isn't dependent on you SIM/phone number.

Thanks for your advice, I used the mobile App to change the phone number. Last summer, I ended my home-internet contract when I moved out from the Netherlands. I was wondering would it still be possble to access the invoice files of 2024. If so, can you tell me where I can find them because I can’t see anyone in my account page.
+3If your past invoices are not under "Facturen" anymore, then a moderator needs to look at this issue. Make sure your info is correct in your profile and you filled out all the relevant fields with "Prive" after them. A moderator wil look at the issue in the coming days.
