Presumably your account is still linked to an old/inactive subscription. I can remove it for you and unlink everything.
To do this, all I am missing is your date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bank account number in your profile. Can you fill those in for me? Then I can take a look with you!

Hi @ravikg, thank you for filling out the details in your profile! I checked right away and indeed I saw that your account was still linked to an old/inactive subscription. Do not worry, I have immediately removed it and disconnected everything.
Feel free to create a new account via our website and then link your subscription. Then it should work!
