I switched my SIM card for new one today and I can’t link my phone number to the account. Can someone help with it?
Hi Japko, welcome to our Community! Great to see that you're staying with us with your new subscription. Your phone number and e-mail address was still linked to your previous subscription. I removed it for you. Please give the system 15 minutes to process this and then you can create a new Mijn Odido account via Mijn Odido registreren and you can add your subscription to it. Will you let me know if it worked?

Hi Japko, you're welcome! Let me dive into it again. I've looked at your account and I do still see the old account again. Besides that, I see a new account with a creation date of yesterday and I see your subscription added to it. Does it work now?
If not, could you please confirm the following:
- You're logging in with o***5@icloud.com
- It's about the phone number **54
- You've tried it via de website and app
