“The payment request is being processed or has been canceled. You can try again in an hour”

I a pre-order a new phone and have received a payment link to pay, but it shows the following error:

“The payment request is being processed or has been canceled. You can try again in an hour”

This has been going on for 2 days now

Hello @Vladabadani, Welcome to our Community, I am happy to help you! I checked right along with you and I see that you have already been in touch by phone with a colleague in the meantime. He has canceled your order with this order number: 209176654. I also see that you have already placed a new order for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 256GB Black, good choice! This one is currently in the delivery process of the our courier AMP. You will expect an email to make a delivery appointment automatically. You can expect the phone within a few days and I wish you lots of fun with it! 😁
