Odido app does not open on iphone 13 on ios 18.6. After login with pin there is a blank screen and app is closing down. I have tried log off/log on, reinstall the Odido app but still not working. What is the solution?

I also have iPhone 13 with 18.6, both apps (Odido TV and Odido) work fine. Must be something with a restart, reinstallation.
+9Hi Sorana, welcome to our community. Nice to see that you’re using the Odido App. That always comes in handy. Are you still experiencing this issue? Usually a reinstall helps. The app seems to work for me at this moment. If it still doesn’t work, please add your full name, 06-number, date of birth, zip code, house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN to your profile. Could you check if Mijn Odido (webversion) does work for you? Then we can see if it’s really about the app or about your account. If you also send me a screenshot of your screen, I can forward it to my colleagues to research this! 😊

16 running 18.6 both Odido and Odido tv app work fine.
