Login issue

I haven’t been able to login via app or website anymore I used to have an account connected with my mobile subscription and log in with it is perfectly fine.  I’ve tried to send link to change password but it never received. 

How can I get my account back? Thanks!

Hello ​@Y.Lu welcome to our Community! I completely understand that you want to be able to log in with your account, let's look at a solution together! I see with your subscription there is an old account linked, which has not been logged in with for a very long time. I can delete it for you, so you can then create a new account and link your subscription again. 

Can you include your date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bank account number in your profile and give a call when you have done this? Then I can set it up for you!

Please give our system 15 minutes to process this, and then you can make a new Mijn Odido account via Mijn Odido registreren. Please let me know if you succeeded in adding your mobile subscription.
