I recently switched from prepaid to subscription, both on Odido, and maintained my number. I cannot link the subscription on the app. I receive an error message saying the number is already linked to another account. I don't have another account. This seems to be a common problem, but the only solution I see is someone from Odido removing the previous account for you. I tried to contact customer service but received no reply. How can I add my new subscription so I can view my invoices?
Can you please also add the last 4 digits of your bank account number to your community profile? The verification will then be complete, and I can help you straight away!

I tried to make a new account but it said the email address was still linked to another account. Does this mean the previous account was not deleted, since I could also still log in? I couldn't add the subscription either.

Hi Melissa, I see that Pharwin deleted the old (PrePaid) account, but I see that there was also another account linked. I deleted this one too. Please give the system 15 minutes to process this and then you should be able to create a new account via Mijn Odido registreren and link your current subscription. Will you let me know if it worked?
