Hi there,

I lost my old sim card so ordered new sim card, well received.

However I tried to log in with IDIN to activate my new sim on mijn odido but it occurs error messages continuously. How could I solve this problem? Could you manage with activating my sim card?

Hi ​@Hyewon, welcome to our Community, I'm happy to help! Can you specify exactly what error message you are seeing? Are you trying to activate the new sim through the app? Can you delete the app and then download it again? It will then immediately have the latest software. Can you also check if the software of your device is up to date? This is important so that the app can work optimally. Can you try it through a browser/desktop version to see if it works then?

If it doesn't work, I can possibly activate the new sim card for you. I'd love to hear from you!
