I cannot add a new number to my account

When I try to add a new number to my account, the next error is shown:

    Hi @alejandro855 

    We are experiencing some technical issues with linking numbers to an Odido account. Are you experiencing this with both the app and the web version? Can you try a different browser? If that doesn't work can you send me a message wtih your 06-number, name, birth-date, address and the last 4 numbers of your IBAN? I will check your settings.
