And here I am again since this seem to be the only channel to contact Odido - and I'm really upset about it.

After having my phone stolen abroad and blocking my sim card, I started a new subscription with Odido to get a new device and keep my old number. The phone and new sim card arrived today. However, I cannot activate it, I cannot log in to My Odido because of 2-FA - of course, my phone was stolen and I don't have my old sim card!!!!!

I also cannot call Odido because the new sim card is not activated.
I feel that I'm in an eternal looping of non-sense procedures. Is there anyone who can help me?
I also asked last week for an eSim that I've never received. So, I have this new sim card with another number (that I cannot activate) and still have to wait 1 month to recover my old number. I'm really stressed and upset with all this situation and the lack of support on Odido side.

You can visit a Odido store to get the simcard activated and than you can create a new Odido account and link your new subscription there.
