"Er ging iets fout. Probeer het later nog een keer." error when trying to link my number

When I try to add my Odido mobile number to my account it sends me a verification text message. After I have added the received verification code it throws the error:

This issue comes up ever since I changed my address as my phone number is not showing up under my account with the new address. Could you please help?

Good to know: are you trying to add the subscription to an existing account? This is only possible if the name, address details, date of birth, and email address match. Is this the case? If not, you can only create a separate account for your mobile subscription with a different email address.

I wanted to take a look with you right away, but I'm missing your date of birth in your profile details. Could you fill that in for me? I also see that your address details don't match what's listed under your number in our system. Could you fill in the correct address details? Let me know when you've done that, and I'll take a look with you!

They have to be on the exact same name and address. I'm assuming the address on your Internet + TV subscription is the correct one, is that right? Or did you recently move? If both subscriptions should be on 2 different home addresses, you can simply create a new Mijn Odido account for your mobile subscription via Mijn Odido registreren

i do not have any active internet + tv subscription on the new address, just the klik&klaar one. The new address is where i would like the mobile subscription to be linked as well which is where i am running into this issue. Could you please help me with that? Thanks!

Hi Muhammad, thanks for clarifying. I'm happy to help you with this. The subscription with 06***877 needs an address change. Usually I'd ask you to do this yourself in Mijn Odido, but seen this subscription doesn't have it's own Mijn Odido account and you can't link it to Klik&Klaar Internet yet, I will do this for you. Before I'm allowed to do this, I will have to do a few extra checks. I just sent you a verification code per SMS. Can you give me the verification code? I've also send you a few extra questions via private messages. Please answer these questions correctly (in private). Then, I can change your address for you. I look forward to your reply! 😊
