Good to know: are you trying to add the subscription to an existing account? This is only possible if the name, address details, date of birth, and email address match. Is this the case? If not, you can only create a separate account for your mobile subscription with a different email address.
I wanted to take a look with you right away, but I'm missing your date of birth in your profile details. Could you fill that in for me? I also see that your address details don't match what's listed under your number in our system. Could you fill in the correct address details?
