One year ago a recolocation  company started my subscription with my work email by mistake, and I requested to be changed to my personal email... I changed the emails but I keep receiving all communications in my wotk email, can this be fixed please?

Hello ​@Biohazardhc I immediately deleted your details. It is not advisable to have private information publicly available on our community. Always place this information in your profile so that it remains protected and only we can view it.

I immediately checked your Internet + TV subscription and I see that the emails are being sent to your private email address and not to your business email address. So it's not the email address from your profile, but this one: l****oe**o20@hotmail.com. Is that the correct email address? That's where the emails are being sent.

Everything is set up correctly and the emails are being sent to the correct email address for both your mobile subscription and your Internet + TV subscription.

Is this about your mobile subscription or your Internet + TV subscription? You can easily change your email address yourself in your My Odido account and also check which email address we have on file.

If you would like me to look into this for you, please provide your full name, phone number, postal code + house number, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of your bank account number in your profile and let me know when you have done so. I can then look into it for you right away!

Hi Pharwin, 

Thats the weirdest part, i changed and i receive emails from my phone subscription in my personal email, but regarding my home internet i still receive it in my work email.
