One year ago a recolocation company started my subscription with my work email by mistake, and I requested to be changed to my personal email... I changed the emails but I keep receiving all communications in my wotk email, can this be fixed please?

So it's not the email address from your profile, but this one: l****oe**o20@hotmail.com. Is that the correct email address? That's where the emails are being sent.
