Cant add my T-Mobile subscribtion to my account with exist T-huis subscribtion


When I am adding my mobile T-mobile subscription to the account where I do have a T-huis already I amn recieving this error. Both accounts are on the same name.

Are you using different personal details as mentioned in the error message? If that’s not the case, we will have to await an update from one of the community moderators.

I would like to look into this. Can you send me a private message with your 06-number, name, birth-date, full address, the last 4 numbers of your account number and your e-mail? I will see if I can be of any assistance. If you click on my name you can choose the option ‘‘stuur bericht’’ to send me a message.
