I cannot add my existing subscription (Unlimited Basic subscription) in the app without getting error message. Cannot see my invoices, nothing.

 

I have tried reinstalling the app, and also tried to link it online but i get same error. I sent message to customer service and no reply.

What is the error message you are getting and is there allready another subscription linked to the Odido account?


No, I dont have another subscription,and error message ill send a screenshot 

 


Hello @Vekii46 welcome to our Community, I'm happy to help you with this! 

I did a quick search on your email address right away and saw that your account was still linked to an old/inactive subscription, which is why you are seeing this message. I have just deleted the account for you and also disconnected the number. 

You can now create a new account via our website: https://www.odido.nl/my/registreren and then add your subscription, then it should work! To be sure, please delete the app and download it again, so you will also have the latest software.
