Hello, 

Like many others here, I too cannot connect my existing subscription to my newly created Odido account. Can you please help me do so?

Hello @tzevy, Good of you to point this out, I'd be happy to help! I did a quick search on your email address and saw that your account was copped to your incorrect and inactive subscription. I have immediately removed and disconnected it for you. Would you like to create a new account via our website: https://www.odido.nl/my/registreren and then add your subscription? Then it will be set up correctly and it should work!
