Can't find subscription on my account

Hi, I recently changed my phone provider to Odido using my old phone number. It looks like the process for changing the phone number went well but when I tried to check the new subscription I have with odido, it keeps saying subscriptions not found.

Hello ​@dianapuspita welcome to our Community! I completely understand that you want to be able to link your subscription and see everything about your subscription, let's look at a solution together! If you can't link it, I suspect your subscription is still linked to an old/inactive subscription. I checked right away and I see that this is also the case, which is why you don't see your new subscription either. I immediately deleted the account and unlinked everything. 

Feel free to create a new account via our website and then link your subscription again. Then it should work! 

Can you let me know if it worked out? I'd love to hear from you!

Hi Pharwin! thanks for your response. I created a new account and tried to add the subscription but then I received a pop up notification saying “You can't add at this time. Please try again later.” Moreover, I noticed that the subscription was still linked to the temporary number I received from Odido. Can you help me further?
