I chose to go from T-mobile to tele2 with the same number before Odido was a thing. after my contract ended with t-mobile/Odido in November I can't find my subscription or my invoice in Tele2/Odido since the change happened.
Hi Zakariye, welcome to our Community! I looked into your account right away and it does seem to work. Did you try logging in via the app or the website? Via the website I can see your account and your invoices. Does it work for you via the website now?

Thank you for your response, Somehow I managed to make it work on the same day, it’s all good now. I tried to close the topic but I couldn’t so I left it as it is.
