Can't add subsciptions to my app

Hi there! I've been trying to add two subscriptions to my account all day. One is a new sim card for a tablet, the other a card for my phone that was transferred from another provider this morning. I've tried both through the app and on the site, but nothing seems to work. I either get an error message in the app, or when I try on the site, the sms message for the 2FA does not even arrive. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hello ​@Opal11, welcome to our community! I understand very well that you want both subscriptions linked in 1 account, let's look at a solution together. Good to know: you can link both subscriptions in 1 account if the name, address and birth date match. Is that the case? If not, you can only create a separate account for both subscriptions.

What error message do you see in the app? Via a browser, it can sometimes take a while before you receive the 2FA code. Sometimes it will help to reboot your device or if you have a physical SIM card, take it out and reinsert it. Often the text messages will then come in.

Happy to check with you on both subscriptions. Can you mention your full name, phone number and 097 number, postal code + house number, date of birth and the last 4 digits of the bank account number known to us in your profile and give me a call when you have done this? Then I can check with you right after that!
