Assistance with Cancelling Subscriptions (Home and Mobile)

Hello,

I have both a mobile subscription and a home internet subscription under two different customer IDs. I would like to cancel both subscriptions as I am emigrating; however, I am unable to locate the home internet subscription in my account.

Could you please guide me on how to proceed with the cancellation?

Cancellations cannot be done via this community anymore, you need to call the customer support for this on telephone number 0800 0092. You can also use the contact form on the website.

Thanks for your reply. I have already contacted customer support by phone, but unfortunately they do not speak English, and I do not speak Dutch. Could you kindly provide me with the contact form to cancel the Home Internet subscription?

There always need to be a talk to verify your details. Call again, most agents DO speak english.
