Hi Schelby, welcome to our Community and nice to see that you have 4 subscriptions with us! I think you're trying to add your subscription to an old Mijn Odido-account (Internet subscription). I deleted this old account. So you should be able to create a new account (give it 1 hour) and add your accounts: Mijn Odido registreren.
