I am not able to return my click and ready internet modem and the box. I have called 3 times about this already and each time they say you should receive the email with the qr code within a few days.
I checked my inbox & spam folder several times - the email has not come.
How do I return it without the qr code? Can I just give it at the odido shop?

Of course I would like to do this for you, but I see that your Klik&Klaar subscription has not been cancelled yet? I'd have to cancel it for you first, before you get an email. Should I cancel the subscription for you? Please give 1 month's notice.
