Hello, I was trying to order klik&klaar internet, but unfortunately form on the site doesn't have w-document as valid form of identification. I tried to call to may be find solution, but that too gave error to the person who did their best to help me. He can't see what is the reason for rejecting application and said that there is high chance that in the shop it will be rejected too. He informed me that I can try to send afwijzings formulier, but it's not really easy for me to do that. Is there anything I can do? Thank you in advance

That makes no sense to be unable to use valid form of identification issued by Netherlands government. What is the problem with that? If Iranian passport is valid enough, how can it be not be able to use w-document?

Maybe because a W-document is (very) temporary. It’s a “Vreemdelingen Identiteitsbewijs” waiting for a “verblijfsvergunning”. It’s not a “verblijfsvergunning” on itself. Perhaps you can use your passport in this case.

BTW I’m also not sure if a foreign passport is sufficient here (see the asterisk). For a phone abonnement you can only buy a sim-only subscription with a foreign passport. Not sure how this is with K&K.

Well, technically, k&k plan is just sim-card in a modem, so I don't see why there is any problem. I can have bsn, Dutch bank account, but not subscription for internet? That in itself sounds weird. Using passport would be possible in situations where you do still have your foreign passport. That's not my situation. That is very frustrating since current internet at my place is awful. Even call center operator was frustrated by the situation.
