I have a klik&klaar subscription but want to cancel it and my partner wants to have it in her name. Is it possible to use the same router but for a different subscription? And how do I do this? I cannot get hold of anyone to help me!

Probably not. Just cancel your subscription and your partner subscribs a new one. You have to send back one modem. But if you put the new SIM in the old modem it probably keeps working. You can then send the new modem back on the old subscription.
