returned two modems, but broken QR codes

Hello,

Today I returned two modems at a DHL ServicePoint after cancelling my subscriptions. One modem is the Zyxel T-56 for my fiber internet, and the other is for my Klik & Klaar internet.

Unfortunately, the QR codes from the return emails did not work. The DHL employee created two new tracking codes instead and accepted the returns.

I am now concerned that the returned equipment may not be linked correctly to my account, since the original QR codes were not used. I also did not include a note with my account details inside the boxes, as I was not aware this might be necessary, and it was not mentioned in the return instructions.

Could you please advise whether this could cause any issues? I have both of the new DHL tracking codes saved and can provide them if needed.

Thank you!

Hello @m.i.ibrahim

Normally the QR code is linked to your customer details. Otherwise add a note when sending without the QR code.

It's possible that the parcel cannot be linked to you so keep the receipt till it's received.

Hi again,

I received two separate emails that you have got the modem back. However, after a couple of two more weeks I received another email that the you still did not get the modem and you are going to charge me a few if the modem is not sent within 5 days. This is confusing to me.

Can you help in this?
