Why am I still being charged for a new month after my contract has ended?

I had a year contact that is ended in April 2025, but I am still debited in May.

Hi Anastasiya, nice to see that you choose us for your 1 year subscription! I’m happy to give you more information about the end of your contract and canceling. If your contract ends it doesn’t mean that your subscription ends automatically and that you will stop receiving invoices. This means that you are outside of your contract. Being outside of your contract means 2 things: you can cancel your subscription monthly and you can renew your subscription whenever you please. However, your subscription will automatically keep running, to avoid you being offline all of a sudden. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do this via Mijn Odido on this page. Or you can call my colleagues at 0800-0092. They’re happy to help you today until 18:00. Please note that you always have 1 month notice period. If you have any other questions, please let me know, and I’d love to hear from you if you were able to cancel your subscription! 😄
